摘 要:RTG的大车行走机构采用链传动,其制动器为常闭式电磁制动器。采用传统的制动器在大车行驶 时制动会产生较大的冲击,传动链条也会受到很大的冲击拉力。为了验证智能型制动器在RTG大车行走机构制动 系统中的应用效果,进行了对比试验,结果智能型制动器具有良好的制动效果,可以使制动更加平缓,减小冲击,保 护传动链。

Application of Intelligent Brake in Container Rubber Tyred Gantry Crane

Abstract: The transmission mode of travel gear of rubber tyred crane is chain transmission one, the brakes are the normal close type of electromagnetism brakes. A heavy impact happens when the crane travels by using the traditional brakes, and the chain is forced by impact tension. In order to verify the application result of intelligent brake in braking system of travel gear of rubber tyred crane, a test is carried out. The analysis from the test results shows that the braking effect by installing intelligent brakes is much better, more gently, less impact and more protective to the transmission chain.
